Very difficult to get Uhaul, and the only worker was a hotel front desk man who did not know what to do.

IDALIA EMake sure the right people are renting
SUSAN RThere were no U-Haul employees on site. Had to go to another site to buy light adapter. They called and texted manager of pick up site but no response. Ever. I hired a person who was there applying for job to help hitch the trailer.
