Person was totally friendly and not to blame other than maybe training and or really bad tablet/software. It took over an hour to get rentals after I had already reserved and put in all the vehicle information and she still had to re-enter all my information twice. Seems like when I returned the equipment in another state the local rep just called UHaul support and had them enter receipt of equipment as he had problems too.

DEREK RI specifically told the lady I wanted the truck for two days but she put down five days. I called 1-800-U-HAUL concerning this and was told the difference would be refunded to my account. Then I received an email saying the contract was binding. U-Haul is refusing to adjust the difference even though the mistake was made by their representative.
