The staff is poorly trained. The method is to call a guy named Nick, who is nice and knowledgeable, and Nick walks the person through the process step by step. The Mega saver staff was unprofessional, had no idea what was going on, angry, and talked down to us.

Very small parking lot, nobody inside knew anything about U-Haul and got my reservation way after the time I was supposed to pick it up after I had to be on the phone with customer service.
KEYTON BThe site didn’t have someone available to release the rental at the time set. Came back 4 hours later and didn’t have anyone again. Wound up having to process over the phone.
Harry KThis is a gas station/convenience store. There was no help at checking in Vehicle other than a question of: did you take pictures in the app? And a dismissive toss of the U-Haul key to what i believe was the office area behind counter when handed in. This site is not set up to be a U-Haul drop off location. I have pictures and video of the truck when dropped off so at least I have that to back up my rental of the vehicle.
