Cliff was very helpful and made the process very easy to understand. Customer Service at Uhaul- Karen and Michael were Awesome I had a few billing issues that were quickly resolved. If i ever need a truck they will be the company I call!!

No one was there for us to pick up the truck and finish the paperwork. The trucks steering was very loose and anytime you hit a small pot hole or uneven road the steering pulled you to the right. Worst truck I ever rented from U-Haul.

DONALD KThere was no U-Haul office at the location. It is a storage facility. The office was closed mid-afternoon. I called the number I had. I was just about to hang up when someone finally answered. Individual seemed unsure how to handle.
