I was not told I had to drop off at same location. Moving son's family from Lindsay to Norman the logical drop off site would be the Norman Lindsey street location since it was less than a mile from my son's apartment. But I was not told and was charged $250+ dollars for dropping off in the wrong location. Very unhappy with U-haul, especially when the checkin person told me to just leave the keys and bill would be sent electronically.

The instructions for the key lock box were not clear.
Sean CThere were no personnel involved. We dropped it off when they were closed. They had a self service box which made it very convenient.
maria wThe interior was clean and well kept on the truck. The exterior could have used a wash. Mobil self pickup was slow and confusing.
Kelly CVery friendly and knowledgeable, great truck, had 109 thousand miles on it and it ran like new, got way better gas mileage then I expected. Heater and radio worked great and didn't smell funny. Quick and painless experience, best move by far.
