Add a big sign at your Blanchard OK location. The office location is hard to find and is mistaken by the location where the trucks are stored. This situation of trucks stored in one place and the office in another location is confusing and when one is moving could waste time. Other than that, the service was excellent. Thanks

We had to take rental back early after hours because of conflicts and were charged $25 ?? Shouldn’t have been charged extra but should’ve received $25 for having cargo area clean as it states in contract ???

Celina BI was a little late picking up the rental…after several attempted phone calls we found out the pmobile pickup had timed out and needed refreshed. It would have been better if there was directions to tell us that. And provide a phone number if there is an issue with pickup.
Janice HI spoke to the area manager who dismissed what I said and gaslighted me when he said he found nothing wrong with the truck. I feared driving it, the belt was slipping it was very sluggish to drive and the wipers wouldn't wipe sprinkles away. Truck was filthy and area manager failed to respond back. Uhaul has gone down hill
