There were no personnel involved. We dropped it off when they were closed. They had a self service box which made it very convenient.

The interior was clean and well kept on the truck. The exterior could have used a wash. Mobil self pickup was slow and confusing.
Kelly CVery friendly and knowledgeable, great truck, had 109 thousand miles on it and it ran like new, got way better gas mileage then I expected. Heater and radio worked great and didn't smell funny. Quick and painless experience, best move by far.
mike tDon’t worry about using the app bc it will do nothing but cost you more money and take over a hour just to figure out you just need to call the service line IF they are open & get your info there. I hated this entire experience I will buy a truck and trailer before I ever give another dollar to the Uhaul company.
