someone helped with hooking up the dolly, but on the return nobody came to take the dolly off. I had to do this plus put the dolly away can not say in all that I would honesty recommend.

Charged twice and extra mileage won’t use again
BAILEE SI asked for pads and thought had enough advanced notice but then they were not provided? Wish the truck was parked up front, getting back photo and stepping into woods to get it was not fun!
Victor CThere was no big problems. However, this was not the location I wanted to pick up the vehicle at. That was in Bedford, IN. But there was not a vehicle there. The “no transfer” policy equals poor customer service. Also the Bloomington, IN location did not an appliance dolly for me that i had requested. This caused me some real physical issues, which could have resulted in an injury. I was told that when dolly’s are stolen, they do not get replaced by U-Haul. Again, poor customer service.
