It had a bad odor in it and was a lot dirty and it leaked and my 1000 mattress got soaked along with other stuff I took a video of the leak!

My issue is with uhaul scheduling. Uhaul scheduled a pick up on a day the establishment was closed. It created huge challenges and changes to schedule. The offer to drive 2 hours on zero notice to pick up another trailer when we had a tight timeline to get things Into uhaul was impossible. Ridiculous
Chris FDid not have time to provide return service. Office staff rude and acted as if I was bothering them. Told me they would perform return paperwork at later time and email it to me. I left with no way of proving I returned equipment. Yard help was fine.
