the van was old but functioned as expected. The passenger side wiper blade came apart and we had we fix it. I only saw this after I got home. The van was kept quite clean. Keep it up, the guy at the location made the experience very smooth.
francis yThe guy at the counter was useless. Just told me to "fill up and drop off the key" without going through any of the procedures. After dropping off the key I then saw a sign on the box that told me to go to the U-Haul website to take all these bullshit pictures, but by that time the key was already in the box. No text message or email, I was left on my own to figure it out. What happened to this business? U-Haul never used to be like this... Forcing customers to do the work for them, poor communication, and overall sloppiness. I'm done.
Darren BOnly problem is that charged me when I picked up the truck $148 then sent the bill of $128, but never gave me money back 🤔 or it would be 5*
