My experience booking this U-Haul has been terrible. My pick up location was changed 4 times, the last one changed less than 24hours before my reservation time. The last pick up location didn't open at my specified pick up time (10am) and had to wait until it was open. In my reservation I requested a dolly and furniture blankets, which were not there at the time of pick up. This was a huge inconvenience for my move. Deeply dissatisfied with U-Haul. Based on this experience I would not use this service or recommend it.

UCHENNA AFirst, U-Haul cancelled my first reservation and offered me a smaller truck, which required twice the initial planned mileage. Second, they charged the fuel even though I returned the truck with the same level of fuel as when I picked it up.
