I got the a day late due to the above incident. They were closed for the holiday I presume. I dropped the trailer off on the side of the driveway near the gate.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe trailer had limited options for strapping your goods down. The side rails on the inside were missing and broken so that tying off to them was impossible.

Michael DNot a biggie, but please, across the board, straighten out the older wheel straps on car haulers. 2 of the last 3 car hauler rentals with the older style strapping had one of the two rear-of-wheel straps twisted. That doesn't seem to be advantageous to strap strength and it drives me crazy that it's not right.
