How U-Haul Reviews WorkI returned the equipment aprox. 3 hours late and was invoiced for another whole day instead of a pro-rated charge, not very happy right now with U-Haul.
Wyndle BI got the a day late due to the above incident. They were closed for the holiday I presume. I dropped the trailer off on the side of the driveway near the gate.
Hines CThe trailer had limited options for strapping your goods down. The side rails on the inside were missing and broken so that tying off to them was impossible.
John HThey were closed for my drop off. I just left the trailer outside their gate. I wasn't sure if that was the best thing to do or not.
