My experience with U-Haul this time but not good I feel U-Haul does not set standards for independent U-Haul places there should be a standard for all you all whether they need the piece of equipment or not. I used them a year ago went around the same place costed me only $100 which time I use them and it cost me over $230 there needs to be a standard no matter where it’s going who needs it who doesn’t need it no matter what it is needs to have mileage not who needs it. Give the customer the best deal possible customer service is number one in this world take care of your customers U-Haul.

Ryan KWe were stuck in the parking lot for two hours trying to get keys to a truck bc the store didn’t put them out and it derailed our move with movers waiting having to spend money on nothing then got charged for extra. We had to be transferred all over on the phone and still no help
