Dawna PLove the ability to pick up and drop off on my time table. Perfect location. The trucks interior was dirty and needed attention.
Devan HI was told I could get my truck After-Hours and it was a disaster. Pick-Up was scheduled for 6:30pm and we were locked out of the gate/ on the phone with their customer service line till later 9:00pm before even getting our truck. Lost all daylight for our move. Worst experience. The app sucks. Website too. Nobody was any help and customer service was rude.
