RICHARD BThe area was gaited. This is great, but it has closing hours. Drop off keys and truck should be available at all times. This was very inconvenient when we hurried to get the truck off our HOA street and was unable to do so.

Lilith NMy Truck was filthy dirty on pickup. Fuel was 1/4 tank on pickup, which makes it difficult to bring it back the same...likley under or over filled.
