Our trailer van was in good condition, no issues. However, the auto transport had some challenges. Our trailer setup did not match the directions that were given (example: the ball and socket and jack setup was different than the pictures, so we had to call and get assistance). The MOST difficult thing was the ratchets on the trailer (to secure the tires) were rusted and very difficult to operate. This made our experience less smooth.
Kristi SI signed up for a one way truck. Picked it up and agree to dropped it off at Riverton address but after 20 minutes my dropped off location was changed to bluffdale address and still got charged for a one way

Daron MI set up a reservation to pick up at the Nut Garden. But it had the truck at a completely other location and never notified me of the change. The person on the phone messed up on the order because I asked if we could return it at the Nut Garden and she check and it would have been way longer. So I ended up not getting the truck until 90 or 120 minutes after I originally planned which made it so people were waiting on us to help us move. This was ridiculous.
