It's just a drop off. During week end hours you park wherever you can find a spot .. and those are very limited.

They gave me the wrong trick and I had to go back after packing it and switch everything out to the new truck. Also, they are not open on Sunday. Originally I reserved a truck for a Sunday pickup and U-Haul had me scheduled to pick up the truck there but they were not open. I had to cancel the reservation and go back on Monday with a new reservation. Totally mismanaged company
