Location was unattended at 10:00 when we arrived, looked like no one had been there for a long time. The phone number on the building, no one answered. Pine needles on the driveway, couldn’t tell where the driveway was. Old car parked by the building with no plates and looked like that hadn’t moved for years The location looked very run down. With problems that were stated about the system being slow by online assistance (which she was very excellent handling this issue, patient and very professional) With her help we were able to complete the transaction after 55 minutes being on the phone. Ridiculous and frustrating experience. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. The inside of the truck was unclean and had a pack of cigarettes on the dash. We were told by online assistance, after requesting a discount for our troubles, one would be submitted. No discount applied on return.

My issue was poor communication regarding vehicle check out. I requested counter pickup, but was never informed of the change to mobile pickup. I had to call into U-Haul for another option for a rental pick up. At that point the representative informed me it was a mobile pickup and my reservation was not updated to reflect. I wasted ~45 mins trying to pick up a vehicle located less than 3 miles from my house.

MCALVANAY TI had trouble checking in. The website was not working correctly. It took 22 minutes to get someone to help. There were no covers in the van although I paid for them. Checking back in was the same. Thankfully I called and was told it was settled.
