You rip people off on fuel charges. We drove the truck 20 miles and were charged $29.50 for fuel used. IT IS POOR BUSINESS!!

I had to wait 25 minutes for the location manager to show up to get my rental truck. Once he did show up and gave me the code for the truck, the truck it self was damaged, dirty, and not functioning properly. I go back into the office and the door was locked so I called the office number again and no answer again. So I waited another 20 minutes for him to show up. I told him about the lights on the dash the Sheetrock in the back of the truck and broken mirrors. He just said he knows and walked away.

Mike DI don’t think you can do better… my experience was excellent. The truck was there and ready with the equipment I requested. It was clean and easy to drive. I would highly recommend the location on MAPLE GROVE. The office was immaculate and the gentleman who helped mte was extremely helpful and nice.
LESLIE TWorked out perfectly! Truck was ready for us, picking it up and returning it was as easy as it gets! Staff and location were great - no problems at all!!!
