Apparently I was signed up to do check out and check in thru mobile app but told nothing about it. Turned into big mess. Picked up truck via the outside box with code. Brother dropped off truck was told would be 1/2 hour to look at it so he left the key. Called twice by office. Loaded app but nothing there. Called 800 number twice and ultimately drove 40 min back to office and told they had taken care of it. Also told I should communicate better. Had tried at least twice to call the office and it went to voicemail. I did leave 1 message. This location understaffed to do truck rentals and storage rentals. If I want to rent a truck I will go to a U-Haul facility.Lynn S.

You guys billed me twice. When I spent 10 minutes on the phone finding out why you told me it happened to a bunch of people and I had to wait 7 to 10 days to get the money credited back. So now I dont trust giving out my credit card to you guys. Thanks for the inconvenienceshaun M.
I didn't have a problem with how I was treated with the workers at this facility. What I am furious about is the fact that it was not made clear to me that I would be charged a $30 "fuel fill-up service fee" I knew that I would be charged $4.25 per gallon to fill up the truck, which was almost double what fuel costs in this area, but the $30 fee was not disclosed. I would like that reimbursed or taken off of my bill, but I doubt that will happen. Not happy with U-Haul right now and would not recommend anyone to use your services, unless this gets taken care of.Tony S.
The staff at Store-It were friendly, problem-solving and helpful. U-Haul however made the process absurdly complicated. I was mistakenly booked for two trucks for some reason. The process to submit photos reporting the current condition was unnecessarily complicated. I had to spend almost an hour on the phone to get that done and I only had the truck reserved for a limited amount of time. I gave two stars not one because once I got the truck, the 15 foot worked well and was effective to help me complete my move. Had the process to get the truck been simple, I would have given 5 stars.Tyler P.

UHaul Has just always been there for me! We had a rough start, because my debit card wouldn't go through and there is plenty of money on it. So my son finally paid with a credit card. But everything turned out well. We finished two hours early! It was great.nettie W.

I rented a UHUAL from 9AM-9PM the same day. The employee told me to bring the rental back before that time and place my keys into the lock box that evening, if returned after hours. I returned the truck at 6:15PM the same day. I drove the truck less the 10 miles and was given a truck with half a tank of gas. I put $15 of gas at 2.999 gallon to cover the gas used. I was charged $40 for filling the tank of the truck. Thus, a $60 rental, turned into $115 because I was charged for an extra day and gas that was not needed. I will never rent from UHUAL in the future, I do not have the money during a stressful move to be thrown around like this.Lauren T.

Awful!! The lazy middle aged man I checked my truck back into kept saying he is NOT U-Haul just a reseller of? He would NOT come check the trucks condition nor the gas level. NO surprise I see a fuel fee on my receipt. I do have the gas receipt and a picture I took of gas gauge but doubt Ill see any reimbursement. NEVER use this location!! Only go to a UHAUL rep, they come out at check in!!!Laura M.
I am 60 years old and the guy could not help me lift a couch. He saw me struggling with it and said he could not help cuz he would lose his job over insurance reasons he was very kind and I did not want the man to lose his job. What could I possibly do to to sue him. What happened to common courtesy? This whole insurance thing is out of control. My experience with the U-haul truck was okay but the air conditioner kept going in an out an sometimes didn't work but overall the truck was good. Now my experience with Stor-It the dude that did my check out with the u-haul truck he was very rude an disrespectful...OMG!...I will never buy or rent anything from Stor-it on Maple Grove @ Emerald I don't care what color a person is they should never be disrespected.latovia F.
Zach at the facility, and everyone I spoke to on the phone was courteous, helpful, and interested in getting me a truck the same day, which was very important to me as well. Instructions, terms, conditions, everything was essentially run of the mill, understandable, and simple, and it was so easy to get a pickup rented the same day to move furniture. Please fill all your vehicles to FULL on gasoline. It is such a hassle to fill a tank to 1/4, 1/2, or 3/4. The truck I had last time was a partially filled and it really was not pleasant, this time it was full and made the rental much more enjoyable and hassle-free.Jerome S.

I had rented this particular vehicle the previous week and then I returned it for only one day before I rented it again. When I picked it up the paperwork said the tank was full but as soon as I drove it off the lot the gas gauge was tetering just below full which tells be that the previous renter didn't fill it up and only relied on the fuel that was already in the tank so I ended up paying for the fuel they used as well as. That was the disappointing aspect of the rental. The vehicle itself was quite sufficient.Kris Z.
