No problems here. As soon as I drove into the lot, I was given directions where to park with the trailer. The associate was helping another customer so he said he would be with me shortly. He quickly finished up with them and immediately helped me get the trailer unhooked. I was on my way in very good time. Thanks!

I turned the truck in and the employee said that all was good. I asked him for a receipt and he said that he would email me one. The email never came. I received a phone call 2 days later looking for me to turn in the truck. I told the lady that I had turned it in on Oct 31. She said she would look into it and email me the receipt. 24 hours later I am still waiting for the receipt.

The cost was way more than it should of been. A $$ amount, estimated total with a guess of mileage. I put mor gas than I used but that was $21, 19 miles is $20 & cost of truck was $30. So not sure how my total charged by you was $80 or so. So using UHaul or maybe just this one probably wont happen.

Your new drop-off system is cumbersome and a pain. I hit a glitch in it for the second time in a week and couldn't complete the process. Don't like it. Maybe saves you time and money, but certainly doesn't make the customer experience

Was truly one of the nicest vans I've ever rented....perfect for my moving needs. Only concern was it was like driving an ashtray. It needs an ozone treatment to restore van to new smell and not give customers a headache from smoke damage

Very helpful. I was given good instruction by one of the employees on how to maneuver the trailer when backing up. This person, who I can not remember their name, took extra time to show me by taking me into a UHaul vehicle hooked up to a trailer and letting me see how it is done as well as drawing a diagram for me. I was very impressed with the dedication to their job and really appreciated that they went above and beyond. I should find out their name so they can get kudos for a job well done.

More organization or explanation of what to do at drop off would benefit the customer experience at this location. I dropped off my rental at 11, met by an older gentleman in the bay where you return vehicles who was wearing all U-Haul attire. He told me to leave the keys in the door of the truck and to keep my contract and I would receive my receipt via e-mail. I received a call from a central office at 2pm asking about my late drop off (the veh was due at 1pm). I explained I had dropped it off at 11 and requested a call back with the resolution. I did not receive a call again until approximately 5pm when a very polite woman contacted me about why I had not dropped off the vehicle yet. She quickly remedied the situation and returned my call promptly (unlike the central office). Although this was a very stressful situation as a customer, all staff remained very professional and polite. Follow through and a better drop off system would have prevented this situation from escalating.

You had very inadequate staffing. I had to wait over 30 minutes past the time of my scheduled rental pick-up time to get the rental checked out. The young man behind the counter was appropriately apologetic for the wait and was clearly doing the best he could in a difficult situation. It was not his fault.

My fuel gauge was NOT at half full as on my contract, but slightly under. I returned the van at the fuel level it was at and was still charged 14 bucks for less that 2 gallons of gas
