The staff were friendly and helpful, but when I picked it up, the truck's gas tank was only half filled and the cab smelled like it had been used to transport zoo animals. Also, the windows were very dirty. The first thing I did was clean all the windows and buy a powerful air freshener. Other than that, things went fine and I was out of there quickly with truck and trailer.

I let them know about the dirty and smelly blankets and they we're apologetic and forgiving of us not folding them (why fold blankets that clearly need thrown away or laundered). I've rented from and returned to this location many times over the years and it's always been a solid experience. I choose this place every time.

The entire rental experience was great. Our truck and trailer had a lot of bugs, the windshield was dirty and It was just over half full with fuel. Would have been nice to have had a cleaner truck and full of fuel .....just a few delays to get on the road .

The truck was great, and the initial customer service was great, however after the move my experience was horrible. I have had a miserable time trying to get the billing straightened out. I had a hard time checking in the truck after ours because my phone was dead, when I called the following day and spoke with a customer service representative I was told everything was fine and the. I called back a week later and they still didn’t have my billing right. They tried to charge me for an extra day. They had no record of my previous 2 phone calls in the notes on my file so they didn’t believe me. Finally they acknowledged that I didn’t owe for another day but charged my card for the full rental price but the initial hold on my card was not removed. It has been almost a month and I still do not have access to the original charge on my card. My bank informed me that U-Haul has not released the funds but U-Haul says there isn’t anything they can do. I am a working class father of 4 and I can’t afford to be out an extra $130 for a month at a time. I am very very unhappy.

The truck that we got smelt like wet dogs, the oil light was on when we picked it up. Then when we returned the truck they charged us for a dolly rental when we did not use is. When asked about the overcharge they tried to credit it back but did not give a credit for the full amount originally charged.

The woman that was there was rude and very clearly didn’t want to help me when I came back to return the U-Haul. She didn’t look like she was doing anything while the other guy was running around the lot helping people.

Improve employee attitude. When I came in to pick up my truck, no one greeted me or said a word. I felt awkward, having to figure out who to talk to since the employees behind the counter were busy not working. The same happened when I dropped the truck off. Employees kept walking past me, saying there'd be someone right out to help me. After ten minutes, I checked it in myself using the online return feature. The whole time, some employees were working while others just lounged around.

This was Saturday, 09/01/18 and early in the morning—7:30am. The staff member who helped us, VAN DEMPSEY, was great! He was knowledgeable, professional, helpful—and just a good guy. He was all by himself that morning...and found a way, still, to accommodate the needs of them several of us who were there about the same time. He was a great face for U-Haul.

The guy who helped me has done so in past also. Each time he has been super pleasant, helpful and efficient. Even during very busy times. The guy has incredible energy and is always hustling.
