Everyone with whom I spoke on the phone, or interacted in person, was extremely helpful. I had to change my pick up and drop dates, then had to reschedule the drop location after my original pick up location let me down (those kinds of experiences being the norm, working with a facility that has its act together is a dream). Having multiple dollies available at the entrance to the storage facility made it much easier to load in, and makes future trips to take things in or out more appealing. Plus, this place is SUPER secure - more than I had planned. That's the cherry on top.
