You could have someone on staff during regular business hours. I returned a one way trailer on Sat afternoon and no one in the office, closed sign in the window. Today., Monday I received a late fee invoice stating I had returned the trailer on Sunday a day late which is false. I have photos to prove I dropped the item on Saturday that can share. Please remove the late fee charge and refund the $21.40 to my CC

I rented a 20 foot uhaul and it only had enough fuel in it to go 47 miles. I ended up only going 25 miles but did not feel comfortable driving this large of a vehicle with this low amount of fuel. The people I spoke to at the site were excellent, great at their job and did excellent customer service. I would recommend this location to others.
