JAY HI can’t add anything except to say thank you. I am glad you had a rental when I needed it and I didn’t have a reservation. I appreciate it is a walking distance from my home.
JASMIN DBoth the Parkcenter and Federal Way locations had difficulties with the UHaul website and making my reservation. I arrived in person to the Parkcenter location and the gentleman there was very patient and worked hard to get me signed up to lease a truck. It never did work to lease it at the Parkcenter location. But he graciously set me up to rent a truck at the Federal Way location. Great representation at your front desk in the Parkcenter location. So I went up to Federal Way and that location had issues with your website also (or whatever program you guys use to reserve your inventory). You have great people working for you at both locations and they were very patient to work through the online issues.
