Offer a discounted rate for one way use of a car dolly that you're only going to use for a couple hours. Ridiculous having to pay $115 to use a car dolly for a couple hours.

Rosemary LInform customers before they reach a register that there is a deposit required on the trucks. Make your payment systems accept the Glint card. Drop of location was not manned during normal business hours I and had to self drop off and I now have to wait for deposit to be returned by check through the mail even though I paid cash. Employees I worked with were professional and the truck I rented was in great condition.
MICHELLE MThe cashier entered my pickup info incorrectly and system would not allow my truck and an auto hauler. Another guy there came up to help and said you won’t rent to 4x4 pickups. She tried and tried and tried. Finally I saw her mistake and everything went well after that. Before this I had bad experience with APC. They couldn’t get the system to work so no rental from them and then I tried this place.
