We were very disappointed that our rental truck did not contain 2 items we paid for. Our furniture dolly and 12 furniture pads were not in the truck when we picked it up. Since this is a self service location (which we didn’t originally book - we got moved here) we weren’t able to even talk to anyone to get these supplies. Will not be recommending this spot because of the self service and no customer service aspect.

The van provided was drivable but had sensor issues.
