The only thing I can think of to suggest is to give the customer a recommendation for a gas station close to you. And it should NOT be the 7-11 down the road - I was so frustrated with them when trying to fill up the truck! The credit card reader at the pump did nothing, so I had to go inside. The cashier hardly spoke English and he couldn't just run my card to turn the pump on. All he could say was "how much?" I kept telling him "I don't know" and asked if he could just turn the pump on which he either didn't understand or they don't do that...anyways, I fished out the little cash I had and gave him $4 asking that he turn the pump on, but then the pump stopped at $4. I wasn't about to go back inside. I had only driven < 20 miles, so it probably was enough, but the experience was very frustrating.
