Make the check in process faster. Probably that can done online without needing to go in the store at all and is reliable. I saw you offered this but not sure how reliable it will be since this was my first time booking U Haul. Next time I might try it.

I forgot a seat cushion on the driver's seat and went back to see if it was still in the truck. It was not since the truck had been cleaned after use. Please let me know if it shows up and I will return to pick it up. It's a black seat cushion.
