I asked the guy at the gas station to help me move the mirror. He told me to wait and was ok sending another customer to help me. I told the cashier and the other customer that I couldn't move it nor wanted to try too hard because I didn't want it to break (sounded and seemed flimsy). Also, I was called 15 minutes before pick-up, while trying to organize food for my moving assistants that the location of pick-up had changed. This was inconvenient and stressful due to the short amount of time. The lady that called me said she was going to refund me $50 for the mess up. I haven't seen the refund on my bank account. And I am literally on the phone right now for the last 15 minutes waiting to talk to someone because whoever I talked to said she didn't see a return on her file. I am likely not renting Uhaul again nor would I recommend it due to last minute changes and delayed customer service.

The truck windshield was a bit dirty and it didn't look like the cabin area was cleaned out, but otherwise everything was good! Staff was super friendly and helpful. I would go back there for future rentals!

Was hesitant to go with UHaul due to a terrible prior experience with them (changing pickup AND dropoff locations, day of move, less than an hour's notice), but I had to move on a Sunday and UHaul was the only option. It's possible that my expectations were just incredibly low, but I'm overall pleased with how easy the process was this time.

A few points of concern: Uhaul web site wasn’t easy to edit and then confusing setting up. Uhaul on Broadway was a shit show. I went there 2 and waited for over 30 minutes. Understaffed and having technology issues when trying to set up or close out costumers. The young men working were doing the best they could. It appeared to be more of a larger issue. Considering it’s nemorial day weekend they should have been better prepared.

The only thung you coukd do is clean uo that UI that the internal cashier uses on yiur,internal web application. That thing is booty. Otherwise these workers do a good job.

I think he may have overcharged me on the daily rate - on the website it was $14.95 and with the SafeMove fee, the dolly and the blankets, my bill should've been around $50 instead of the $72 I was charged. I was in a hurry so I didn't argue the point.

The experience was first-class, the telephone manner of the agent (Mr. Neema) was extremely courteous, professional, and helpful. I felt valued and cared for as a customer. I appreciated how spotless and fresh the van was. I was transporting precious cargo to Wheat Ridge, CO (a big bird cage full of sweet parakeets) and the Uhaul Cargo van was the perfect solution! Thank you for your convenient location, friendly service, and reasonable rates. I compared a rental van from a local Avis, but they only has passenger vans, and the base daily rate is $180! Sales representative did not know how to load my car onto the trailer that I purchased despite being promised an inspection prior to departure. When I got to my destination the sales rep there said it was hooked up incorrectly! Thank goodness we made it there ok with no problems. Hate to think what could have happened.

Truck was clean and we'll maintained. Had no problems. Truck ramp was somewhat difficult to operate, but just annoying, not a big problem. Overall, a good experience.

We got the u-haul home to start loading and opened it up to find that someone had been living inside the uhaul! There was a soggy sleeping bag, someone had clearly started a fire with newspaper inside the truck, and there was evidence of drug use. We had to clean all of this out and proceed to move our personal belongs inside this truck as we didn't have time to return for a new truck and they were sold out of trucks anyway. We received an apology, but that was all. I would not have accepted $100 to willingly clean out drugs, filth, and soggy newspaper/clothes/sleepbag and then store my belongings inside. This was a nightmare!!!!! The establishment accepted no responsibility for our awful experience, and charged us full price... never going back.

Train your location people - I prechecked in and it still took him 30 min to get to the point where he said ok go hook it up and you're off. Separately - why is there any check in process - especially after I already did the online check in. We should be able to walk up, be handed keys, and drive off.

The total experience was fine and most importantly hassle free. I am disappointed though that I received a $25 cleaning fee. When we picked the truck up there was mud all over the back. We put minimal clean furniture in here. It would be nice to dispute this $25- I am a good customer and will always choose u-haul over a competitor

UHaul Corp should be embarrassed having New Boulder Gas as an authorized agent. They STOLE from me by charging me for equipment I did not rent and gas after I fueled up past the level. They had opportunity to remedy when brought to their attention, but instead they lied to me saying they would reverse. My credit card was still charged. Does UHaul check Google Yelp or other reviews on them. I’m not the only one who experienced this at NBG Horrible customer service! No wonder people are turning to Budget, Enterprise , etc.

The location was fine. I did have problems with UHaul in their communication with me. I wanted to originally pick up at this location however UHaul told me to go to another. I had lots of confusion and then spent an hour rearranging my reservation for the location I actually wanted.

All employees here should be familiar enough with the system to find a pickup order that was just transferred from another location. I had to wait 15-20 minutes for another employee to show up and help.
