It was a convenient location near where I needed to start our move. The paperwork was difficult to complete because the cashier had to help customers while also going through the rental data screens. Not a complaint about the pick up location, but I do have a complaint about the rental software. the process tried to force me to select a drop off location - but the locations were many miles away from my end destination. Because the pickup process can be lengthy, I assume people just select the first option and keep going only to learn later that the drop-off location isn't convenient, but there are massive fees to change the drop-off location. I'm lucky that I paused the check-out process to look up the drop-off locations being presented. I ultimately selected the last option to decide the drop off location later. I believe this was the only reason I didn't get charged a fee for later dropping off the truck at the most convenient location to me.

dwayne jWhen reserving online I decided not to add the extra $15 damage coverage but when I was checking in the worker added it without asking me and I didn't see it on my receipt until I finished and wouldn't take it off. All in all not a big deal it just felt a bit weird that I was being charged for something I didn't need that I specifically chose not to select, for no reason
Andrew WPersonnel had no idea of how to process a return or how to park the truck. They just wanted to take the keys without giving me a receipt.
CHRISTOPH UI would only recommend this location to someone based on its location to the city of Boulder. There is only one person running this gas station and convenience store and when you rent something, you have to constantly wait for customers. Returning the vehicle was vague and the store clerk only took my keys and said he would speak to his boss. No visual confirmation of the return, no receipt until 2 days later. Strange. The gentlemen who checked me out with the rental was very knowledgeable and discussed all of the fees involved with the rental. He was very clear in what was what.
