Overall, the experience was good but, in my opinion, could be improved in two ways - the second being more important than the first: * The number of photos required for check out and check back in get onerous especially when the truck is parked very close to another vehicle and getting good shots becomes difficult. * The lock for returning the key did not work well. I had to try the code three times and "play" with the lock before it opened. The temperature had dropped and my hands were getting pretty cold. In addition, the lighting was not very good making it hard to see the code on the lock.
