running lights did not work. Had to drive only in the daylight. Found out when I got up at 3;30 to leave on my journey. annoying!

nancy pMake sure that with every 4x8 or larger trailer the shop upsell the customer on a locking pin specific to your trailers. We travelled to CA from MA and security was important. I didn’t think ahead of time about this need. It took us trying multiple U-Haul’s as we travelled to finally find what we needed. Actually, you should automatically ask whenever someone rents your trailers either online or on the phone. Easiest $20 sale anyone could make. Thanks, overall our experience was great.
