This was the absolute worst experience I’ve had with U-Haul and I am extremely disappointed. When we arrived the trucks were parked so close to each other (front to back) that we couldn’t take the verification photos. We had to call and speak to multiple people to be able to skip the verification to get the keys in order to pull it out and take the photos. Once we got it out the latch was so difficult to open it took me and my wife over a half hour working on it just to get the rear open to make sure it was clean. The latch was so bad that when it was dropped off the employee working there couldn’t get it either and had to soak it with WD-40. This was an extremely terrible experience and I would not recommend renting from this location at all. This was part of the reason I reserved way in advance at the location that I have used before, I was disappointed to have my reservation changed the day before my move. All in all, not a good experience.

Spent almost 2hrs trying to get the truck the app didn’t work I was on the phone with rep from U-Haul for 45 minutes she was going to send me to a different location to pick up the truck luckily the attendant at Ty Bow location came in early to manually get my keys. I had to clear the snow and there was 4 inches of ice on the top of the truck.

Matthew SYour system was offline after I had pre-completed the rental online causing me to wait for another 1.5 hours after I had everything set up. The location, and the service I received there was commendable, but Uhaul's lack of a viable backup method in the case of system outages is inexcusable. I'll be in touch soon seeking some form of recompense for the additional time I had to pay my assistant. The several hundred dollars I lost due to missed code writing time is gone forever, but that's okay. Upon leaving my office I left my phone at the pickup screen and it wouldn't submit at the time of pickup. That one evil little button had me at the pickup office from 10:03 AM to 11:27 AM. A viable backup or colocating to another cloud provider would ameliorate these issues in future.
TODD WWe needed to keep our rental for an extra day. I called RightSpace. The employee was very friendly and accommodating. He gave all the information I needed. Very professional at drop off the following day.
