Your system was offline after I had pre-completed the rental online causing me to wait for another 1.5 hours after I had everything set up. The location, and the service I received there was commendable, but Uhaul's lack of a viable backup method in the case of system outages is inexcusable. I'll be in touch soon seeking some form of recompense for the additional time I had to pay my assistant. The several hundred dollars I lost due to missed code writing time is gone forever, but that's okay. Upon leaving my office I left my phone at the pickup screen and it wouldn't submit at the time of pickup. That one evil little button had me at the pickup office from 10:03 AM to 11:27 AM. A viable backup or colocating to another cloud provider would ameliorate these issues in future.
