I booked my rental on line, and when I got there and explained to the gentlemen at the desk what I needed he did everything he could to get me the best deal possible. He made a few phone calls to try to potentially get me a shorter trip and less cost, and after about 15 minutes he had me out of there with a GREAT deal. I will use Fort Wayne Auto Connection for all of my truck rental needs in the future.

Ronald BOnly complaint is i was charged a 20$ after hours fee. Guy said he'd be closed and told me where to put the trailer..I never heard anything about a certain time to have it back by..
