We reserved in Smiths Grove KY and was told by the owner he would go and get our rental if needed. Received a call the rental should be picked up in Bowling Green KY. I called him and he said he would check on it and call me back. He never did. I had to call two different UHaul numbers to get the time changed for pick up. Went to pick up and the girl at the desk did not know what she was doing. Had to get someone else to help her. I reserved one furniture dolly and one appliance dolly. Only received one regular dolly - which I did not even order. The truck and trailer was fine. Did a great job serving its purpose. But the customer service in Smiths Grove KY and Affordable Storage Guys is lacking significantly. I would look for a different rental company in general other than UHaul next time based on the customer service experiences that I have had.

JOHN DMake sure to clean the trucks, please remember to leave the keys, make sure to have a gate code that works. We were stuck for hours and couldn't get out of the gate. That put us 5hours behind with a toddler and a baby. We had an 8 hour drive that turned into 13hours. We had to cancel a moving company last minute, that cost $1200. I've never had a more terrible experience with a uhaul and we've been using uhaul for 7 years.
