The location recommended for me in the U-Haul app was definitely the right one. When the app was running slow and not wanting to connect right the lady inside the location decided to help me try and using her computer also finding out that they were running slow but in the end she was able to help me complete my reservation and pick up for my truck. She was very friendly and patient. It's nice to know there's no nice people and compassionate and understanding that sometimes and some days things just don't go right for some people and I pick up day was just going wrong about all day long. I highly recommend this location as do others that I know that have rented from this place.

KELVIN HMy original agreement scheduled days in advance was for 830am. After 5 phone calls, much anxiety, and frustration, I finally got to leave with a truck with bad wheel bearings more than an hour later I will never ever use U-Haul again. Ever
