Pickup location was convenient and pickup through app was a very easy process. That being said, the truck came with very little gas initially but my trip was so short I was able to manage. Upon returning the truck and receiving my invoice I noticed $60 in charges for fuel and refueling. Charging me for fuel that was never there seems a bit unfair. Again, very easy process but I was charged notably more than I expected and will certainly think twice the next time I need a rental.
John CYour online process is disgusting. I called and reserved ahead and waited over an hour doing all the things you need to do that you already had information about except taking pictures of the vehicle inside and out. Could you make it a little easier?
