Truck was LATE!!! Then spent over 2 hours at the Amoco pickup location trying to deal with Uhaul representatives to get the code for obtaining the keys. I was never sent an email to provide instructions or confirmation. No text. Was informed early on with representatives that I needed to get the Uhaul app. This was a surprise and never conveyed while ordering the truck. Once I installed the app, it wouldn't allow me to sign on. Had to call representatives again, put on hold. This representative told me they were transferring to another rep for code and would forgo the pictures normally required, in part because nobody told me about that requirement either. Was on hold for another 1/2 hour before getting anyone, once again. This rep had me go through the picture taking process, though promised not to have to. This entire lengthy, problematic process that was completely unnecessary, plus the LATE DELIVERY, made me late to do the move, and cost me 1 day lost in moving responsibilities, FORCING me to undergo additional costs to complete the move. The representative securing the initial order to obtain the truck, told me I would be refunded $50 if the truck was not there as promised. It wasn't there, in addition to hours of trying to secure the keys and be on the way for the move. I strongly feel I should be compensated more because of the ridiculous amount of time,duress, and inconvenience caused by Uhaul's inability to fulfill the rental order as promised, along with the tremendously interrupted, lengthy process involved in securing the order. This was one horribly unacceptable and unavoidable service disaster that should never have proceeded this way. Thank you for your attention and consideration to this matter. X-
