The location was very convenient and easy for drop-off. There was even a U-haul employee who happened to be there when I pulled up. He was courteous and helpful.

Zandro JAgent claimed he had an emergency and returned my call 20 minutes after my appointment time. I had to hook- up the trailer and sind him a photo, showing it hooked up. 5 and a half hours later he called me to let me know that the locking system was not engaged in the photo. Luckily I knew to lock it. The last two times I used UHAUL I have had the same issue( no body at the pickup location). Frustrating to say the least.
William MGlass in the back of the van. The contract stated that there was 3/4 of a tank when there was slightly over half. Owner was not on premises when we showed up late to our reservation, even though it was during posted business hours. Spoke to us over doorbell speaker for a while, then asked us to call him. Friendly and helpful once we got him on the phone.
