Rental was for a truck and auto transport trailer. Trailer was not at site and had to get with uhaul to find one. Caused me to drive across town to a different site to get trailer. This is unacceptable. When a reservation is made - ALL equipment should be at assigned pickup spot . As a client i do not need to drive around and gather what should have been all together per the reservation and pick up site as scheduled.
