Gas reading was wrong at pickup and app based pickup did not work because the trucks are parked too far from GPS location of the store. Gas was 30 miles to empty, I returned with same but still got charged for gas. Don't use this location outside of business hours. Take photos of gas gauge and vehicle condition at pickup.

This drop off is in an alley behind a strip mall. There’s literally zero signs that tell you you’re in the right spot, I had to call U-Haul and double check I was in the right spot because nothing’s there.
RYAN CLook, this reservation should be rated as ZERO stars. This was the third location we were sent for a vehicle but the process to get there was a complete disaster and UHAUL should be ashamed. The Cut and Shave Parlor were professional and took care of the reservation but how UHAUL handled this reservation overall was a disgrace. Will be taking my business to a competitor in the future
