I was very disappointed that I reserved the trailer at this location… went over a week before pick up just to confirm all was good and ready… they said yes … no problem just to find out that on pick up day the trailer was not at the location and I had to drive 30 minutes to another location to pick up the trailer which I lost time and set me back for my 24 hour drive home…. Leaves me with a bad impression about U-Haul especially when I did the proper steps and had a Reservation confirmation number

The up charge for miles is ridiculous! $19.99 truck rental turned into $105 because of up charges.
