I was chsred for 2 days and was only to be charged for one. When I made the initial reservation, I was sent to a location that didn't have any trucks. I had to go to another location and wait about 2 hours. Now they charged me another day. I use your company for everything. This isn't good business and now they made my bank account negative.

The trailer was not hooked up correctly and came completely loose and destroyed a $325. mailbox. when I called to file a complaint the lady of 13 years of the company and position gave me attitude I need the 4 $100. dollars and still waiting for the paperwork to start to file and still have not received anything. Thank god no one or any other damage was done except for $100 I need someone from the main office to contact me ASAP 617 291 5898 or lawyers will be notified and will get ugly all up to you

Please make sure stuff that you rent is clean. Please make sure when a customer makes a reservation, they have the truck ready. Sort of the reason for the appointment right? AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, make sure to put the Car Hauler on CORRECTLY! OH MY! 8(

I have been in correspondence with this location since July. We returned the trailer within 5 days and did not utilize the extra three days that we purchased upfront. In addition, when my brother returned the trailer we were told that I would receive a military discount ($84 per day). Since I paid for three days extra (rental and insurance) beyond the five day flat rate. When we booked they told us if we didn't use the extra three days I would be refunded. I am expecting a credit of approximately $300. I Was in correspondence with Chris Moreno, who informed me that he/she would look into contract and ensure my account is credited. They gave me the wrong truck, and forgot to register the trailer. I had to call uhaul corporate and sort it all out over the phone and that took another hour that I did not have.

The initial transaction was great as Gene explained everything to us and we were off and even returned the truck in 3.5 hrs. Then came the bill on Monday Morning and I get charged an extra 21.00 in my card and they have the gas reading wrong. The truck has 7/8 not 3/8 like they stated. I even returned the truck before they noon so that someone would be there to give me my final bill. So things like this don't happen and of course they were already locked up and gone, I do have pictures of the fuel gauge starting and final mileage for things like this too. Thank god sometimes for modern technology!

I was suppose to pick up the trailer at 8915 Cortez Rd. Had to drive 30 minutes (one way) out of the way to get the trailer.

I originally booked my U-Haul at another location only to find that they were closed at 3:30 in the afternoon on a weekday. No one contacted me to tell me that they had change my location other than a text of which I was in a location that did not have cell service. I had a similar experience a week earlier with another U-Haul rental therefore I feel you have an issue with your logistics as it relates to assigning pick up locations or credible pick up locations for your customers. I am very disappointed in that aspect of your business .
