The Vehicle was Not Safe and would Fail a NY State Inspection. It had a Death Wobble at even 20 MPH. UHaul put my life at Risk. I had a Deadline to pick Up, otherwise I would have Never Left the Parking Lot. The Vehicle Front End and Brakes Both would Fail an Inspection.

Nothing memorable about the drop off
Greg MNo problem with location, staff was very kind and helpful. Uhaul itself- bad experience. I reserved a 15 ft truck, was told the day after it was no longer available and the only option was a 26 ft truck which i also needed to tow my car behind. Was told the price would stay the same which was a lie. Customer service on the phone was unhelpful and misleading.
