No problem with location, staff was very kind and helpful. Uhaul itself- bad experience. I reserved a 15 ft truck, was told the day after it was no longer available and the only option was a 26 ft truck which i also needed to tow my car behind. Was told the price would stay the same which was a lie. Customer service on the phone was unhelpful and misleading.

Anthony EDrop off was very easy. Again had great service on this end as well.
William MMake sure the trailers are in full working order before you rent them out. The first one I had a bent frame, the second one had no running lights.
