1st my location for pickup was switched, 2nd they gave my reserved truck to someone else. 3rd the truck I received had a noise coming from the right tire as per the previous renter. 4th. My pick time was 12:30pm didn’t get out till 1pm 5th when I picked up Sat for my 24 hour rental, no one told me the store was closed Sunday and to use the drop box unti I call the 800 number.

Gas was on empty which maybe is normal. Your app to take pictures of truck before and after is horrible. The gentleman at the counter is very nice and helpful.
Theodore SI had a great experience. It was very easy to rent. I would definitely do this again. ABC hardware was great to work with.
Jesica kThe people at this location are very friendly and helpful. The U-Haul app is horrible. It took me a very long and frustrating time to upload pictures and mileage to the app. Either get the app working or have the workers run through it with a corporate owned device and send report to my email.
Theodore SMy only concern was that they did not look at the condition of the vehicle, which I was tall, came from another facility. We documented everything and they were very pleasant when we returned the vehicle and told them what happened.
