i had booked the truck for a 9.30am pick-up,i wainting and the guy does show up until almost 10.00,it was a junky,rusted areas of truck 68000 miles on truck,one windsheild wiper working.the guy there was totally arrogant,like if you dont like it go somewhere else.typical new brown skin indian behavier.i have lived in this area for more than 50 years,prior to these indians coming and taking over u-haul was a good place to do bussiness.and charging here in ontario $1.50 per mile is steep,i only used the truck for 32 klms.
