Uditanshu CVery smooth booking in person and received vehicle on time. I booked the 9ft Van at last moment which was enough to move 8ft size sofa. Used the van and returned very easily. Had very good experience with the process through out, great machine and recommend this to all. Just book the U-Haul in advance if you really need it. Thanks for the your service.
Love PI went to return the truck and guy told me he cant do it i have to do it online return as when i asked why he said he will only do it after closing the store that is not right as a customer how can some one refuse to accept the return and told he will do later. I went to this location first time will never go back to them.
Shivam SJust picked up the vehicle and seen parking brake had some issues, call roadside assistance they took too long to show up. Uhaul dispatched didn’t compensate me the day I wasted properly.
