The lack of any person to help with the check out and check in of the vehicle made the whole process very painful. There were long wait times for confirmation and all the extra tasks involved took much longer that it would have if there was actually a person on site. The swtich from kilometers to mile distance measurements when calculating usage payments was also a pain and the .99/km was overpriced. I havent used u-haul for a long time but it was the first company I thought of when I wanted a moving vehicle and now it will be the last company I will think of. I will never use u-hail again.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThis location is not staffed. I had difficulty with the app during pick up and also the keys were not in the lock box. The truck had just under 1/4 tank so I had to stop and add fuel to get to my destination. I wasted over an hour trying to get the keys and filling up the truck. I would not use this location again. I had booked the truck at a different location and was only notified of the change in pick up location an hour before the pick up time.
