The truck was not ready for pick up, there was a ton load of snow piled up on the windshield, i had to clean that by myself and the guy was not supportive in terms of helping out to clean the snow.
Mitulkumar PWind shield cleaner fluid was not filled literally empty which creating lots of problems while driving in snow consequently caused me poor visibility and safety issues. Moreover, no flexibility with drop off location cause me extra 50 dollars. I will not refer anyone to use your trucks. Better to use other rental companies. Worst experience
PRINCE PThey charge me over price. I got receipt for $56 and the shop charged me $131 from my credit card. Very ridiculous. I should stop using uhaul. I shared this experience with my friends circle and they also not going to get service from uhaul. Its better to get service from any other providers.
