Dear U-Haul Customer Relations, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my rental experience on Monday, June 29. Confirmation Number: 746-57-127 Equipment Number: BE-142-2M Pickup Location: 1650 Williams Parkway, Unit 4 The cargo van provided to me was in an unacceptable condition. The interior, including the seats, was covered in dust and dirt and clearly had not been cleaned before being rented. I have attached photographs showing the condition of the vehicle. More importantly, the van did not operate properly. It struggled to move as expected, which raised serious concerns about the vehicle's maintenance and overall safety. A rental vehicle should be safe, reliable, and properly maintained before being placed into service. When I asked the location owner if the van could be replaced, I was told I would need to make a new reservation. This was not a practical solution, as it could have resulted in additional charges, no vehicle availability, and significant disruption to my moving plans. As a customer, I expect U-Haul to provide vehicles that are both clean and safe to operate. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations. I request that this matter be investigated and that you advise me of the steps U-Haul will take to address this issue. I also ask that you review the condition of the vehicles being rented from this location to ensure other customers do not have the same experience. I look forward to your response. Sincerely,

I specifically while booking the truck told the customer representative not to include the insurance but next day when I return they added $16 or something for the insurance. I had the insurance in my auto policy for renting non owned auto. I confirmed with the person at Uhaul as well he also confirmed they same that no. Insurance is added but at the end I had to pay for the insurance. Really bad experience with that situation would really appreciate a refund for the insurance amount.
anshul ufirstly your representative had no personality, was blunt with his communication and rather rude. you also charged me 23.00 fuel charge for driving less than 15km. will hopefully never use uhaul services again. my daughter had the same bad experience at a different location. your systems are always down. We had to wait an entire day for a vehicle
Vidy RStandard Uhual experience. Staff was kind and quick. I got charged extra for gasoline, even though I filled the tank to 3/4 full as it was when I picked up the Uhual. It would be better for Embit computers to keep record of mileage and gas, prior to next user. Other than that great and convient location.
