So I had to wait until the computer shop opened before I could get the keys. Even though I scheduled it for 7:30am I had to wait until 10am. The store owner said uhaul is disorganized and he doesn't always get the vehicles on-time and that's why the keys weren't outside. I will never use a location like this again, and uhaul after the horrible experience. I was late to a job and lost money because of this.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe owner was a bit too rude.
Sanjeev KThe cab inside was dirty and has animals hair on the seat there was no rear view mirror when I complained to the assistant he said no time to clean vehicle came in late.
Morgan CThe vehicle was clean and the rental process was straightforward, but I was overcharged for fuel even though I returned it at the required fuel level. This unexpected charge made the overall experience disappointing. Fuel levels should be checked accurately before customers are charged.
Vatsal UI was charged for 2 days even though I only used it for one day
