I stopped in two days before confirmed my trailer rental asked if I pick trailer up on July 2 2025 at 8 am. I then received a notification to send me to different location in town. I went to pick trailer up there was no one thst knew anything about my rental . I had to drive back across town to dealership that was suppose to be open at 8 an no one there ? Called a phone number got a person that showed up 1/2 hour late. I had booked trailer for six hours ! Now it was 9 am so I lost an hour of trailer time that I had paid for. Your service and reps are far from professional. Not happy at all !!!! Lackof communication organization and employees that show up on time !

CARLA Dtrailer had a flat tire and had to go find a gas station with free air. The attendant of U-haul was apologetic and very nice, but it did take time out of my already busy day.
