ANDUALEM W1. Service your trucks and outdoor transport to avoid putting client in frustrating situations. My property stayed 3 days on the road due to one fault or the other. 2. I booked in brandon and pick up in Minnedosa despite making reservation 3 weeks prior. It is unfair treatment. 3. The overall U-haul experience is terrible, frustrating and emotionally drained. I will never recommend U-haul to anyone. My Family slept on bare floor for 2 days in Calgary because we didnt receive our property until the 3 day. U-haul was a nightmare
