It’s charge me cleaning fees of 25$ that is not mentioned in before I took service . I used for 1.25 minutes . Truck was clean still I have to pay for it is not acceptable . There is no safe parking available for customer.

The trailer i got was filthy and i had to spend quite awhile cleaning it out before i would consider putting anything in it. As well, the actual uhaul machine they use for payments wasnt taking my card so she had to put my card through on the regular debit machine and she put that i had paid cash instead of master card and now i have to wait to get my deposit back because they send a cheque!
