This was not the manager of this locations fault but a representative of U-Haul had replied to my inquiry via phone call over a pricing adjustment for my rental and I was told that the last minute transfer of my rental to this location that was well out of my route or general direction would result in a mileage charge of .79 cents per mile and this didn’t happen. I was charged the full price.

MARJORIE PI didn’t deal with personnel. My only complaint is they didn’t have the size truck I wanted so I had to pay more for a larger truck.
JULIANN WVerizon cell service is very poor at this site. It was not possible to use the online checkin feature.
